Re: rescheduling your training date

Gary,

Please bear with us. We identified a need to get the most experienced  
mixmasters trained first. At this point, that is Karen, Cheryl, Tamar  
and myself. I took into account our schedules over everyone elses, to  
ensure we get the face time with Seth. Once we are fully trained and  
can work independently, we will then have a fuel schedule not  
dependent on Tom's schedule (the only mixmaster lead at this moment)  
AND we will have FIVE people who can turn around and train  
"apprentices" to full independent fuel-making. This gives us a lot  
more power and stability for the functioning of the group as a whole.  
I hope that makes sense.

This may all be a moot point, however, if you are planning on signing  
up for fuel-making before that training occurs. You will probably  
learn all that Seth can teach before then. So worry not. And really,  
the only way to gain real confidence is by coming and helping make  
fuel, which you are already doing.
