I haven't heard from anyone except Pete of any problems using the calendar. I also have seen no one's names on the calendar except mixmaster leads. If you have signed up for a date, read the information below AND call or email me immediately. When you set up a Google account, you get your own personal calendar. If you just go to Google's website and log in, then navigate to the Google calendar, all you will see is this personal calendar. Personal calendars are not shared. You NEED to click the link below to get the MixMaster calendar to show up for you: http://www.google.com/calendar/render?cid=mixmasters%40invisibility.com Just logging into Google Calendar does not necessarily show the mixmaster calendar unless you've already agreed to add it to your list of calendars. That information should be enough to get you on the right track. You can stop reading here if you got the right calendar. Here are some additional points to keep in mind: 1) At the time you log into Google Calendar, if you've clicked the link above, you will get, before you see ANY calendar, a dialog that asks "Do you want to add the GoBiodiesel-MixMasters calendar". You need to say YES to this dialog. When you say yes, you'll get a color- coded entry under "Other Calendars" on the left-hand nav bar. This entry will say "GoBiodiesel Calendar". Make sure this entry is checkmarked. (it should be by default) 2) Whenever you click a day on the MixMaster calendar to add an event, you will be given a pop-up with a list of calendars. Choose "GoBiodiesel Mixmasters" from this pop-up list NOT your personal calendar. -------------------------------------------------------------- Zac Imboden [email protected] 1534 SE 35th Place Portland, OR 97214 971-563-2477 _______________________________________________ mixmasters mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gobiodiesel.org/mailman/listinfo/mixmasters
