Felix,

Thanks for that zoning information. Assuming Ron does his stuff in  
the next few days, our next step is still to contact Red's, tell them  
what we're envisioning and arrange for them to come down for an  
inspection, assuming they agree to help us with our current plan. Ron  
reiterated that Red's might have different ways of how to proceed  
than his list and we should listen to them.
