I can offer two pickup trucks (one with high sides a 9500 lb winch, and a 17' jet boat or the neighbor's 12 foot row boat with 3 hp motor, if that were needed. I can also lay my hands on containment booms (a friend runs a marine salvage yard) and the like. If the water gets too high.... Call me at 641.5406. Of course I'll be watching the news for floods. We have a spill containment kit onsite. Capeable of small spills probly up to 5 or 10 gallons. A spill contingency plan is essential. How to report all spills, regardless of size, needs to be posted. It's written in one of the codes some place. Per code, then entire site should be lit so that a spill could be identified and easily reported even in the darkest depth of night. Maybe we should build on stilts??? Jk Throw my info on the list. I can always call that guy upstream and have him turn off the spickot. That, or i'll I'll bring down an anchor.
