one time oil donations

2. i've not heard back from other folks i've asked this, so i'll ask 
ya'll. I have a good handful of outstanding requests from people asking 
where to donate small amounts of oil - a one time thing. i get these 
requests pretty frequently.

should i tell them to bring their [of course clean, no water, and 
useable] oil to a work party and we'll accept it there?

there are work parties for processor upgrade and a few site clean up 
activities every weekend. 

No problem having people drop stuff off as long as they don't want a 
tour or something - the same folx are there working hard every weekend 
and their time is precious.  those faithful have gotten a TON done 
despite below freezing temperatures - mainly because the work is very 
focused and proceeds quickly.

It is true that there haven't been frequent announcements of who is the 
"site coordinator" for the day in recent weeks.  I think Pete Kramer was 
making that happen...
