Maybe slightly, but I do think that is an important thing we should have, and soon. It certainly shouldn't take away someone's time from the critical path items, but it could fill in nicely inbetween major tasks.

Came across a great fuel meter the last night while looking for 
oil/water separators.

This could be put together with the pump/hose rig in the shed to be a 
great distribution device.

I can draw it up and order all the parts if someone wants to take this 
one.  It's a nice small project....
