I just got back from the 2 day Biodiesel course she taught in Seattle. Wow! The bad news is that our dirty laundry is out in public now,.. our very watery oil and our very Dijon mayo were useful learning "how nots" for our class. The good news is that she deftly listed solutions for those problems and more. She thought she would be dropping by the co-op tomorrow, monday evening. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to tap her for solutions regarding other items on this thread etc.and just simply get inspired. I will be there about 5. Hope many can come.
