Jeff, Thanks for letting us know what's going on. this is valuable info and=20 we appreciate your willingness to work together with us. I will let others respond to your questions. If you don't get an=20 answer, please let me know and I will hunt down the answers - except=20 that I believe we were using 5.5% of the original oil volume for the=20 prewash. I believe the water was warm - about 130=B0F. I specified the=20 wash, but never executed it! (darned engineers!) The only paraffin we normally see is from the totes we get. They are=20 used for paraffin and have leftovers that we remove. I am glad to see you back in (large scale) production - last time I was=20 out your way things were looking pretty charred.
