We will not advertise fuel until it passes the test. Pete, if you get a chance, if you can put a sign down there stating that the fuel did not pass our tests and will be reprocessed. I talked to Zan extensively this past weekend about the test and other things. The test is conclusive. Brian indicated that since the test takes less than a couple of minutes to perform, we should do a 3/27 test on a sample of fuel every time Sunbreak brings it down. Which brings me to my next point. I've had a pretty lengthy discussion with Dave at Sunbreak. We've ruled out FFAs and once again, it looks likely that water is our culprit. They have agreed to bubble test the oil once it has heated and settled. If there is water in it, they will know before they commit it to processing. Sunbreak will begin collecting oil from us by drawing oil off the top of our main WVO totes (adjacent to the shelter to the south). We can help on our end by continuing to filter WVO and keep it in the two main WVO totes. Felix, Can you give an ETA on when you are able to get that second wash tote online? The PVC unions looked great. Tamar and I have accepted the job of mixmaster coordination, receiving blessings directly from Brian. He even waved his hands in that magical way he does. Seems appropriate since Tamar and I met at a mixmaster scheduling meeting (just nine months ago). We have Tom back in the fold and the inestimable pilot Bill Dodds already committing to Wednesday afternoon and evenings. If we can find Bill a mix buddy for Monday afternoon, we've got half our work detail licked, but we still will be scheduling work for Saturday and Sunday. I think four days a week with eight people ought to do the trick. What say you to THAT? On Jun 26, 2007, at 9:29 PM, Pete Kramer wrote: > Thanks much for the heads-up on the testing results.
