Water heater not working

I am planning to be on site on Monday night to do some work on the dryer 
- add the tee and valves for pumping to distribution.  I will try to get 
the spray heads installed in the second wash tank.

Does anyone know if another pump was ever purchased for this project?  
that's what stopped me the last time.

I will pick up a new water heater element and install as necessary in 
the water heater if that is not fixed yet, as well.
