Seriously, I would like to get the wash tote #2 done by the end of  
this weekend if possible AND it should be hooked up to Wash Tote #1  
in such a way that we can pump wash water back and forth between them  
for reuse as needed.

What we want to avoid is getting into an argument about how the  
second tote will be assembled. We need a few quick plans (basically  
replicating the first wash tote but with a connection pipe between  
the two tote pumps). Also, I'd like to recommend that the fuel drain  
be set lower so we can use it for water pH testing. I think it should  
be BELOW the water line. We can always drain water to get the fuel,  
but we don't want to ADD water to get a pH sample. Getting the pH  
sample from the bottom seems to be giving us readings higher than the  
top and I think they may be misleading. Thoughts on that?
