I wouldn't put to much worry in to it. Since you are willing to
replace them, I would just start using biodiesel now, and worry about
it when it becomes a problem. I would imagine that unless the lines
have visible cracks and brittleness that you wouldn't have any
problems for quite a while, perhaps a year. That should give you
plenty of time to find viton hoses. I would check out greaseworks, and
perhaps enviofuel in Corvallis.
