Actually what I've been doing with this "Scum" is mixing it with the
material that floats to the top of our "Bad Batch" barrels to reduce
it's titration and then reacting.
Most of the "Scum" is made up of heavy FFA oil and water so it just
needs to be cut with good stuff or A-esterfied

So basically with the current system we have it's still usable oil.
