Looking for a BD-friendly oil furnace tech

Friends- as the winter heating season draws near (and oil prices hover
near $3/gal) I am once again interested in using homemade BD in my
furnace.  I've done a fair bit of reading on the subject, and it seems
like a doable project -  but in order to get the furnace setup right I
need someone with the correct test equipment for adjusting the burn.

Anybody have references for a furnace tech who's bio-savvy?  I plan to
use BD, not SVO, so that should make things a little bit simpler.
