Sorry to hear about your frustration. I made some updates to the web  
site today. Check it out. I think I made it more clear that new  
members need to coordinate with someone on the mixmaster's team  
before showing up on site. This is because we might be too busy to be  
good hosts for a lot of unexpected visitors. ;-)

I made some other changes to which I hope will make it clearer a) how  
to join b) how to come down and get involved.

It sounds like someone contacted you finally, but if you have other  
questions or get lost, please call me 971-563-2477. I look forward to  
seeing you this weekend.
