I did the application and have a card, which I understand is useable
at any Star OilCo cardlock location. I use the St. Helen's Road
location periodically; they are B20. It's a simple process-- contact
Sequential and they can send you an application; you fill the
paperwork out, return it to them either by hand or by snail mail, and
they send you your cardlock card in a week or two. From then on out,
it's just basically a self-serve station at the cardlock location you
choose: you insert the card, punch in a PIN (that they give you) and
a bunch of numbers intended for fleet management (you can enter
random digits) and then dispense the fuel. They will send you a bill
every couple of weeks for the gas you've purchased to that point. I
believe the terms are basically payable as soon as you receive the
bill. Really a piece of cake, once you get past the necessary
bureaucracy of the application process.
