I use the Tigard card lock location sometimes and it's easy, once you know 
where it is.  (You can't see the pumps from the street!)
>From Hunzinger and 217, go down the hill on Hunzinger, and it will be on 
your right, next to the go-cart track. (listen for the loud roaring of the 
carts).  The pumps are in the parking lot to your right.
Every time  I use the pumps I have to start it filling, stop and wait about 
20 seconds then start it filling again.  Otherwise it fills VERY slowly.
