For those of you who don't know, Mark is the "Johnny Appleseed" of
biodiesel, a legend in the biodiesel scene and a great teacher.  She
taught me how to make biodiesel back in 2002 and the class was
invaluable.  It must be 10 times better now.  Not to be missed.
