I can't see why - you aren't selling it to others, are you? That's what the govt (and the certification guys for fuel stds) really care about. As long as you aren't selling it around, you aren't breaking any laws I know of. Co-ops in some minor ways may be walking the line, BUT, as probably the vast majority of them aren't setting up retail operations to vend BioD, they are likely fine too? the example i want to see (but will cost the most, hence not being done - yet - is a local natural foods store maintaining a pump, etc. for members - up here in Seattle, PCC would be a natural (sic) fit :) kevin > > If I proudly display my 'powered by home-made biodiesel' sticker on my > van, am I asking for a fine from the government for not paying road fuel > tax in Oregon? > > http://www.newsobserver.com/news/story/599471.html > > -nate > > _______________________________________________ > pdx-biodiesel mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.gobiodiesel.org/mailman/listinfo/pdx-biodiesel >
