Pete and all,

Thank you for the complimentary remarks. I'm afraid we'll need a little
more notice to get things on our calendar. We might be able to squeeze it
in, but we're likely nowhere near Camas this Saturday.

I appreciate Jeff's understanding of the finer points I was making,
especially from an established producer. I think we're roughly on the same
page - no doubt there are various issues to really work out.

One thing I want everyone to keep in mind - no matter what we propose (and
the proposal I've outlined is quite ambitious) still requires what Brian
mentioned at the meeting a couple of weeks ago: management. We need to
figure out how to operate an organization with a reasonably full-time
manager (especially if it involves the several moving parts I was imagining).

If we don't make it this Saturday, please keep us in the loop. Regarding
last weekend's meeting - did anyone take notes?

Leo
