Respectfully, ultrasound does not produce radiation.  At least not of the r=
adioactive kind.  Ultrasound describes a sound at an amplitude above that w=
hich we can hear.

Waves of sound do physically radiate from the source but this is akin to th=
e type of radiating waves you might expect if you dropped a pebble in a poo=
l of water you just can't easily see them in the air.
