Special Biodiesel Deal

Most of you should already know that the co-op has gone through a
major restructuring.

What does this mean? This means that the co-op site is moving, the
process of biodiesel manufacturing will change and the distribution of
finished fuel will become much better.

Before the co-op was closed and began restructuring, Sun Break
Biofuels had joined the co-op in an effort to streamline fuel
production. We were successful in processing thousands of gallons of
biodiesel that never got a chance to get washed for distribution.

A couple of weeks ago, Gary Nepple, Dave Barbour and myself made a mad
dash to bring as much of that fuel as possible back to our company in
an effort to clean it up and make it ready for sale.

The biodiesel industry is under alot of pressure right now with
increased costs in oil feedstocks and methanol. Many of you have been
experiencing biodiesel pricing in the range of $3.80-$4.20/gal at the
pump.

Pricing like this puts a heavy burden on all of those who are truly
committed to the movement, especially for people dedicated to using
only B99/B100.

We collected about 800 gallons of unwashed biodiesel from the co-op
site that we would like to offer to previous co-op members for the
special price of $2.49/gal with all road taxes included.

This offer is only open to previous co-op members, once everyone has
been given a fair chance to get some fuel, we will offer the fuel to
the public for our normal price of $3.49/gal.

The fuel should be available by mid-March and will be washed with a
water free process.

On another note, we have been toying with the idea of opening our
processing facilities to the public as the Sun Break Biofuels Studio.
We hope that this will coincide with the restructuring of the co-op
and complement our goals as well.

The idea is similar to the way smaller vineyards are working by
providing a common place for individuals and companies to come
together and share resources to get a product to market that normally
requires large capital investments that a smaller group normally
couldn't afford.
