The " dump " here in Vancouver will take it for free. @ West Vanc. facilit= y Fri. and Sat 8 -4 and the 117th Ave Facility on Sat and Sun 8 - 4 in th= eir HHW areas. I'm not to sure how big a cubie is , but they prefer not to = have more than 5 gal. quantities at one time.
