From all the responses that I have received it seems that the 30th of June will be the date for the IDPA Classifier.

Due to the nature of a classifier, there will not be any real set up time and I will get the range set up and we will start shooting as soon as things are done. We will try to run it the same way that we have run it in the past. We will run everyone through stage one and then move on to stage 2 and then stage 3. This allows us to change targets as required and limits the down time for the shooters.

You will need at least 90 rounds of ammunition and eye and ear protection. For the Classifier you are not required to have concealment for your firearm. This means that you can dress for the weather, IE shorts, T-shirt or as has been referred to as the IDPA curse this year Ski pants and long johns.

If you would like to have a paper target for your records, let me know before the match and we can use them over the cardboard main target. I don't recommend this as the paper practice targets that we have are a bit confusing when it comes to shooting a match due to the open area around the main zone.

See me before the match if you want a target.

I hope to see everyone out there on the 30th as this will probably be the last match that I am at, here at least.
