IDPA Classifier

We will be running an IDPA Classifier on Saturday, 30 June.
Since setup is very simple I will try and have everything ready so that we =
can start shooting at 8:30.
You will need at least 90 rounds of ammo, a good holster and at least 2 mag=
azines for a semi auto or 2 speed loaders for revolvers.
As always eye and ear protection is required for all shooters and spectator=
s.
Since this is the classifier you will not need to have a concealment shirt/=
vest.
The way that we normally run the classifier is to run everyone through each=
stage and then move on to the next stage. We have found that this is bett=
er for the shooters since they are not having to sit around waiting their t=
urn since it can take up to 45 minutes to shoot the full classifier. For t=
he loyalist out there I know that this is not how IDPA states that we shoul=
d shoot it, but it makes everyone happier to have a chance to shoot. We wi=
ll run 2 bays just like we have done in the past. I plan on setting up a n=
ormal IDPA stage for those who want to play. I'll probably break out the T=
exas Star so you can shoot it and when you get to the classifier you will b=
e glad that it isn't part of the match.
