Hi all! I'm needing advice on a couple of items and am wondering if anyone in the LASC can help. First, does anyone know what the laws are in Arizona re. carrying a loaded pistol in a 'rug' under the front seat of one's car? I know that doing so is legal in good ol' NM, but I don't know about Arizona. Second, I have a few dozen percussion caps that I'd like to dispose of. They came with an antique pistol I bought 40 years ago. They are of unknown manufacture and composition. They are all shiny and new looking, so I think they are modern.
