Rifle Range Open Wednesday through Sunday Thanksgiving Week-end

I learned a little earlier today that our web-site is down.  So please pass 
the word that the rifle range is open tomorrow, Wednesday, the 23rd (and 
the 24th and 25th, too, which are Lab holidays.)
