Holiday Schedule for the rifle range

The holiday schedule for the rifle range is attached, along with an update 
on the site survey team activities.

In summary, the rifle range is open from Friday, 23 December, through 
Monday, the 2nd of January.

This is the rifle range only.  All other ranges are available seven days a 
week.
