The E-Bay Express is Roaring – Part II.

We’ve had more than 40 auctions close on e-Bay,
and the net sales are over $1250 to this
point. But we’re running out of merchandise. We Need Your Brass Donations!

A recent 9mm brass auction is at

Click on "View seller's other items" to see the
auctions we have going. My e-bay id is marv_223,
so you can look up the auctions that way as well.

If you have donations, just put them in the
clubhouse with a sign on them that says they're
donations to the junior program. I'm at the
range a little bit most week-end days and will
pick them up then, or if you send me e-mail
saying you've left something, I'll get it that
evening or the next day. My conservative goal
for this campaign was $1000. My real goal is
$2000, but I think we will run out of auction
material before Thanksgiving and before
$2000. In any case, I’ll shut down the auctions
about Thanksgiving, and then restart after the
first of the year if we’ve accumulated enough material by then.

Scrap brass donations are solicited, as
well. Berdan primed .308 cases are worth about 2
cents each if we get together a few hundred
pounds of them. Scrap brass is more than double
what I received about a year ago. I probably
will make my first run to an Albuquerque scrap
yard next week, but we will keep
collecting. There’s a scrap yard on North 4th or
North 2nd not far from Montgomery, so it’s
convenient on the way to the airport.

Thanks for your support of the Juniors.
