I have put a preliminary description of the LASC Work Credit Program 
on the Website.

and then click on Work Credit Program which is the fourth item on the 
index on the left hand side of the page.

Comments and feedback are solicited.  If you have questions, feel 
free to ask me so I can improve the description.
