Did you turn in a work credit form for Clean-up Day?

If you worked at clean-up day, you should have checked in at the 
clubhouse and picked up a work credit form at the beginning of the 
day.  The process for recording volunteer work credit is that I am 
recording the data from the forms in an excel file which will go to 
the Membership Secretary, Brian Jean, who will enter the volunteer 
hours in the data base.

Did you fill out and turn in your "Clean-up Day Volunteer Credit" Form?

If you did not, then give it to a board member or mail it to the LASC 
PO Box (Box 953, Los Alamos, NM 87544).

If you worked on Clean-up Day, but didn't know that we had a work 
credit form in the clubhouse, then send e-mail to Marv Alme with your 
hours. Also please include a sentence or two about what you worked on.
