Blocking/Filter outgoing emails

Hi!! I am using qmail for mail relay. I want to block an email address [email protected] to not relay from my mail server. I used "badmailfrom" file but its not working for outgoing email addresses. Is there any other way to do this. Regards, Nauman Ansari
