Help required for DJB FFT

Hi,
 I am not getting the correct output when I use the Complex-to-Real
FFT function. When I use the fftr4_x (x=2,4,8,16....1024) functions, I
dont get the correct outputs. I reorder the inputs as specified in the
accuracy2.c file before calling the fftr4_* function. So, when I use the
doitr4 function I dont get the desired fft output.
However, the complex fft works fine except that the fft output has to
be reordered. doitc4 function call works fine.
If someone has faced problem with the real fft version of DJB fft, let me
know. Any inputs would be helpful.
