You can't fix it, assuming this message is coming from some remote mail host.
Whoever adminsters that host decides how the maximum size e-mail he's willing
to accept.

If this message is coming from your own mail relay, then configure it to accept
larger messages. How to do that is not a question for this particular mailing
list (nor, for that matter, was your initial question).
