Since attendance is so limited, several people in the Chicago area (where they also have a roadshow comoing up) suggested that 50 FS/OSS/sane people buy up all the tickets and then not show up. The headlines would then read "SCO Speaks! And no one cares." :-) Seth Johnson wrote: > -----Original Message----- > From: Michael <[email protected]> > Date: Tue, 30 Sep 2003 09:50:19 -0600 > Subject: [discuss] HP Sponsors SCO Roadshow > > For Toronto and Vancouver folks: > > http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/61/33098.html > > So It looks like the SCO Roadshow is making two Canadian stops > As seating is limited to 50 as the article sugests it would be great if > those seats where occupied by FLOSS people armed and ready > and locked and loaded with the truth. > > Hell, for that matter an information picket line outside of each > location > would probably be called for as well. > > m -- Larry Garfield AIM: LOLG42 [email protected] ICQ: 6817012 "If nature has made any one thing less susceptible than all others of exclusive property, it is the action of the thinking power called an idea, which an individual may exclusively possess as long as he keeps it to himself; but the moment it is divulged, it forces itself into the possession of every one, and the receiver cannot dispossess himself of it." -- Thomas Jefferson
