dernièrement j'ai testé yunohost (https://doc.yunohost.org/)
ça installe Apache MySQL et PHP de base
sinon tu peux voir avec TurnKey (http://www.turnkeylinux.org/lampstack)
c'est pas mal plug and play aussi!
