The catalog is intended to supplement search and make it easier for users to find materials from sources not included in CC Search. The new catalog is part of the CC Norway website and has the following URL: http://www.creativecommons.no/ressurser The catalog is community maintained and curated - anyone can suggest a site for inclusion into the online catalog. The portals allows artists, designers and teachers to locate material by type (image, audio, video, font, dataset), type of resource (search engine, archive, etc), and by license (PD, permissive, copyleft, ARR). While the website is in the Norwegian language and is intended to serve the Norwegian Community, I am very proud of this new service and also want it to be known by the cc-community.
