Créer une Stratégie de l’innovation sociale et de la finance sociale en 
collaboration avec le gouvernement du Canada

Le gouvernement du Canada veut véhiculer une nouvelle vision de 
lÂ’innovation sociale et de la finance sociale. Faites partie du Groupe 
directeur qui travaillera à la cocréaction de la Stratégie de 
l’innovation sociale et de la finance sociale. Le gouvernement est à la 
recherche de 15 chefs de file, praticiens et experts possédant :

·des connaissances et une expertise dans les domaines de l’innovation 
sociale ou de la finance sociale, y compris lÂ’entreprise sociale et 
l’économie sociale;

·l’habileté de participer constructivement à des discussions sur les 
politiques;

·l’habileté de mobiliser des réseaux et d’établir un consensus.

Le Groupe directeur prendra part à des activités de consultation afin de 
recueillir le point de vue de tous les intervenants en ce qui concerne 
lÂ’innovation sociale et la finance sociale, y compris lÂ’entreprise 
sociale et l’économie sociale. Ils décideront des problèmes que la 
Stratégie devra aborder et ils superviseront le travail de conception 
initial des mesures relatives aux politiques proposées dans une ébauche 
de la Stratégie de l’innovation sociale et de la finance sociale. Cette 
ébauche sera soumise à l’attention du gouvernement au cours de 
l’année 2017.

Les avis recueillis au cours de ce processus de mobilisation seront 
d’une grande utilité pour informer le gouvernement des points de vue et 
des priorités des intervenants.

Co-develop a Social Innovation and Social Finance Strategy with the 
Government of Canada

The Government of Canada wants to outline a new vision for social 
innovation and social finance. Be part of the Steering Group that will 
co-create the Social Innovation and Social Finance Strategy.

The Government is looking for 15 leaders, practitioners and experts with:

·knowledge and expertise in the areas of social innovation and/or social 
finance, including social enterprise and social economy;

·ability to participate constructively in policy discussions; and

·ability to mobilize networks and build consensus.

The Steering Group will participate in consultation activities to gather 
the perspectives of all stakeholders on social innovation and social 
finance, including social enterprise and social economy. They will 
decide on which issues should be addressed through the Strategy and 
oversee the initial design work on policy measures being proposed in a 
draft Social Innovation and Social Finance Strategy that will be 
submitted for Government consideration in the course of 2017.

The views gathered through this engagement process will play an 
important role in informing and bringing stakeholdersÂ’ voice and 
priorities to the Government.
