Hello, I just read an article about 1500 teachers learning how to create educational software (a little old: Sep 2009): http://www.checkpoint-elearning.de/?aID=7309 which sounds like a perfect project for Free Software, but the article doesn't mention it with any word. The link leads to a romanian government site: http://www.edu.ro/index.php/pressrel/12853 Does anybody know if they are aware of Free Software and/or if they are actually developing Free Software? Alternatively, is there anybody here, who speaks Romanian and could check on this?
