Dear Open Source Educators,

There is a new open source tool for parents to make their children study
and learn in exchange for internet access.  It is *non-commercial*, yet
still enables education software developers to be compensated for their
efforts.

The project's success will depend on participation.  It needs a parent
community and a developer community
