Copyright asssigment in French law

The context : a French company (named A) want to release a software
(developed by an IT company , named B) under the GNU GPL. But the
company A doesn't want to be quoted. So the company A proposes to
transfer copyright ("droit d'auteur") to the company B and the FSF
Europe.
 
Someone has experience in this field (process, template for official
agreement ..) ?
