[needs proofread] Apple vs EU Commission DE PR

Dear all,

I think it is also important to send the PR in German (We have it in EN, 
IT, ES and FR) so I prepared with the help of a translator a version and 
I already checked a couple of things but it would need a proofread of a 
German native speaker
