[PL] "I Love FS" toolkit translation

Hi All.
What is the preferred translation method for this "I Love FS" toolkit ? 
I'd like to translate it into PL.
I see there is a project on weblate https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/fsfe/ilovefs-toolkit/ , but the documents are not divided into whole sentences but words/phrases that cannot be translated separately because the target language will not have the correct sentence structure.
At the same time, I see that the IT version is on https://git.fsfe.org/bonnie/IloveFS-toolkit and not on weblate.
