My proposal is How "I Love Free Software Day" is celebrated in Potteries, UK' I was not so sure with the they as the idea of that interview (and more to come) is to show more our community so I preferred the we referring to everyone even if we were not part of it. So i think maybe in passive is easier to have it grammatically correct and still not focus on what they are doing but the thing they are doing.
