Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "The Free Software Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating System (Not yet approved)", on Friday 26 November 2004 starting at 16:00. The event will be held at in Tajin 5 Room at the World Trade Center Veracruz in Veracruz, Mexico. This speech will be delivered in Spanish. GNU stickers will be available without charge.
