Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled ""The Free Software Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating System"", on Sunday 16 February 2003 starting at 16:00. The event will be held at Symbiosis Vishwabhavan Auditorium, Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research, Senapati Bapat Road, Pune, India. This speech will be delivered in English. GNU stickers will be available without charge.
