Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled ""The Future of Jiyuu-na Software"", on Monday 21 April 2003 starting at 13:00. The event will be held at RIETI, METI annex, Keizai-sangyo-sho. This speech will be delivered in English, with simultaneous translation into Japanese. RIETI is on the 11th floor of the METI annex.
