This event was announced eariler, but there has been a change in the details, and thus we are announcing it again. Richard M. Stallman will deliver a speech, entitled "The Free Software Movement and the GNU/Linux Operating System", on Friday 25 April 2003 starting at 17:30. The event will be held at Rikkyo University. In contrast to previous reports, registration is not required for this event.
