The Information Technology (Amendment) Bill, 2006 passed by the Indian
Parliament is a very negative thing.

“The Protection and Utilisation of Publicly Funded Intellectual
Property Bill, 2008”.- the implications are far more serious ...esp
for Research and Development in all sectors.
