Hello RMS,

I have started my first free software project and feel I need some help 
before making it official. I have also mentioned you personally in the 
readme file and wish for your approval before I make the file public.

I dubbed the project GPGNotary. I'll quote a few lines from the README:

But please dont give the above address to a lot of people - I'm on a 
1024/384 kbps link from home. Since GPGNotary uses so extremely little 
bandwidth, I reccon you can give the address to approx 100 persons, but no 
more.

The reason I mailed you is because I trust you. But if you trust other ppl 
better suited to reply to this email/request for help, that is also good.

Thank you for authoring the GPL and FDL. Without it, this would not have 
been possible.
